Day sailing cruise to Toroneos

Mount Athos Cruise from Ormos Panagias
At 09.30 a.m., the traditional ship “Agios Georgios” starts from Ormos Panagia’s port, sailing through the bays of Sithonia till we arrive at our first destination, Mount Athos’ south peak and monastery of Saint Paul.
We continue our journey down the shore, moving north, in order to view eight more monasteries from the closest distance possible without breaking Mount Athos‘ boundaries.
After this excursion, we will arrive at the port of Ouranoupoli’s or the central port of Ammouliani’s Island (depending on the day) for a 1 hour and a half break to allow you to go for a stroll, sip a coffee, have lunch at a restaurant of your choosing, or just take in the scenery.
After an hour, we will depart for Ormos Panagias, our last destination; on the way back, there will be a live bouzouki on board, allowing you to perform traditional Greek dances.
